Extremely slow and disorganized service, perhaps because we were there on Ferragosto! The gluten-free pizza was good and so was the pasta with excellent toppings; you can tell they make everything on the spot, which might explain why it takes them so long. Almost the entire menu is available gluten-free! The place is in the AIC circuit. They also have a lot of gluten-free dessert options.

Gluten-free pizza was unfortunately undercooked, but perhaps we just happened to come on an unlucky evening; apart from that, everything was fine. In general, they pay a lot of attention to gluten-free.

I have gone many times, and every time everything is perfect. I am always very calm when I go there because there is no risk of contamination or mistakes. They are very attentive and available, and the food is excellent. You can choose any flavor of pizza/pasta that is on the menu without any problem. Truly exceptional!

Great restaurant, with an entire gluten-free menu (the only thing missing was the broken cabbage and a stuffed pasta). They have a separate kitchen for gluten-free, very well organized, 100% safe. Delicious and abundant dishes, fair prices. The gluten-free bread is a white pizza made by them, very good. The only downside, which I don't know if it was a coincidence, was that they were a bit slow in serving the dishes. Anyway, we left very happy, and we will definitely return!

My boyfriend and I went to this place on a Saturday night. The setting was cozy with quite bright lights and a lively atmosphere. The staff were very kind. The owner was professional and helpful. He recommended a bottle of wine that turned out to be exceptional, not listed on the wine menu; a standout from the local winery. We wanted to eat steak, and he indeed presented us with a very inviting madonita scottona, which arrived cooked at the table after about 10 minutes, served with skin-on fries. The homemade bread was delicious, with a truly special aroma. Great care was taken for gluten intolerance (my boyfriend is gluten intolerant), and the place has AIC certification. We had more desserts (4 😛), all rated 10 with honors. We were happy with the bill. If we happen to pass by here again, we will definitely return.

The kindness and availability of the owner and the entire STAFF should definitely be highlighted. A really nice and welcoming restaurant with a truly wonderful terrace. We ordered two pizzas, one gluten-free and the other with ancient grains, and I must say that the effort and quality are easily noticeable, excellent taste and digestible dough. The wine was excellent as well. Great value for money. We also took advantage of their B&B, with very nice and well-kept rooms. In conclusion, I can say that in Castelbuono (a great discovery), I recommend this place both for the food and the hospitality.

The culinary experience at this restaurant in the center of Castelbuono was very positive. The products used were excellent and cooked with passion by the chef. The variations of the different menu proposals, in the gluten-free version, were also very good. We had two appetizers and two meat main courses, both very good in terms of quality and preparation. The staff was friendly and the owner was knowledgeable and available. The wine list was also very assorted. Highly recommended!
