I stumbled upon this place by chance and found friendliness, quality, and excellent food with and without gluten! Fantastic location in the heart of historic Palermo; attentive staff to the clients' needs. The gluten-free panelle and crocchè are a must-try, as well as the baked potatoes... I've never had such good ones!

An authentic pearl in the heart of Palermo, certified AIC Our experience at Grano Granis was simply excellent. Upon entering, you can breathe an atmosphere that is genuine, intimate, and family-like: few tables, a small but attentive and passionate staff, who show care in every detail. The menu features dishes from the true Sicilian tradition, all gluten-free and prepared with authentic ingredients, perfectly balanced in flavors and served with great courtesy. From the appetizer to the main course, every dish captivated us: nothing artificial or pretentious, just sincere cooking made with heart. The kindness of the waitress and the availability of the owner made the evening even more enjoyable. It is rare to find such a genuine welcome that makes you feel truly at home. In a city where you might stumble upon establishments with

Great dinner, pasta with zucchini and mussels - I received a really generous portion! The location is informal and welcoming, the service is quick, and the waitress is kind and smiling... it's in the area of Teatro Massimo, also ideal for celiacs because the gluten-free diet is indicated on the menu. I recommend!!

Practically the entire menu can be ordered gluten-free (many dishes are naturally so, and for the rest they are equipped). AIC certified. Amazing food in a welcoming environment, friendly and helpful staff. More than fair price, especially compared to the taste!

I discovered this place by chance and I can only say that I have been there twice in 2 days and I will return tomorrow unfortunately for the last lunch before leaving! Excellent raw materials, skillfully cooked and well presented, great value for money, optimal management by Mimmo in the dining room and his parents in the kitchen. What can I say, you have to try it! It's the classic place where you can blindly point and order! The eggplant caponata is delicious, the panelle with fried vegetables, the first courses (delicious grouper ravioli!) not to mention the desserts (I tried both the cannolo and the fabulous Sicilian cassata, tomorrow I’ll throw myself on the tiramisù). Highly recommended! Also great for celiacs!

Last night I was pleasantly surprised by this trattoria that tells and encapsulates the flavors of the past. It has a lovely atmosphere. Gluten-free menu that is the most extensive in Palermo. Considering the quality, the prices are low.

In a central position, very close to the Teatro Massimo, there is this beautiful, modern restaurant. The owner is an incredibly kind guy, and they cook really well, especially the pasta. They pay a lot of attention to gluten-free food, which for me, being celiac, is a blessing from heaven; I ate like a god. They served me fried potatoes, sardines a beccafico, and an excellent pasta with zucchini, speck, and mascarpone. They use very fresh ingredients, and you can tell. It has become a guarantee every time I come to Palermo ❤️

A week ago, my boyfriend and I spent a weekend in Palermo and stopped by Grano Granis. We had a wonderful time; the food was excellent, including the gluten-free options. We had a lovely evening, thanks to the great food and the warm welcome from the owner. As someone who is gluten intolerant, I recommend it to everyone, both for the hospitality and for the attention they put into preparing gluten-free dishes. Try it, you won’t regret it. A hug @senzaglutineintour

Everything is exquisite, from the appetizer to the dessert (try the chef Emanuele's almond parfait!). The place is new and meticulously cared for in every detail! Mimmo (the owner) is a bundle of energy who always welcomed us with a smile! Highly recommended!
