Cooking gluten-free pizza in the same oven as regular pizza, protected only by parchment paper. Risk of contamination.

Celiacs ATTENTION!!! My celiac son went on a trip with a group, I called days before to make sure they would make gluten-free pizza, and they reassured me. When the boy arrived at the place, he was told that the pizza was contaminated! Health should not be joked with! Congratulations on ruining his evening. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

A large venue with excellent dishes, including gluten-free options, a pizzeria and restaurant that offers a wide variety of products, including fixed menus at great prices. A downside is the desserts, a crème brûlée that warms your eyes but freezes your heart... served traditionally with caramelized sugar but is cold and marble-like in the mouth. A shame as a dessert to end the meal.

Good gluten-free pizza but the staff is a bit rude.

The only positive note: the service. The waitress was very kind. Even though we specified in the reservation that there were 2 celiac individuals, at the time of ordering we were told that gluten-free pizzas are cooked in the same oven as the 'normal' ones. The pasta is cooked in a dedicated pot in the only kitchen present in the restaurant. Therefore, there is definitely cross-contamination. We were told it depended on the level of intolerance (not even celiac disease) if we could order or not. Besides, the gluten-free pizza is made with a base of shar flour and then topped. The pizza was extremely salty. The 'normal' pasta was bland. A nasty surprise after 2 hours of driving. A restaurant that's completely off-limits for celiacs!
