Unfortunately, there is no safety against contamination; the piadina is prepared where the regular ones are made, on a sheet of aluminum foil.

I don't think I'll come back to get a piadina here, I felt ill after eating it, surely due to contamination. It's a pity that in Marina di Ravenna there is nothing that makes a piadina safely for us celiacs.

The piadina is very good, the knowledge about contamination is very scarce, not to mention nonexistent. Heated on the same grill where they also make the 'normal' one.

I was disappointed. I was looking for a seaside place that made gluten-free products in Marina di Ravenna, and after reading the great reviews, I decided to try this piadineria. When it was my turn, I asked for a gluten-free piadina, and when I asked, “What gluten-free fillings do you have?” the response was, “You should know, we don’t know.” Furthermore, you must choose a filling because they won't sell you a plain piadina. I'm sorry, but for me, it’s a big NO!

Classic Romagna kiosk where you can enjoy a great piadina like a "normal" person ;) The piadina dough is excellent, with abundant and tasty fillings. Even though it doesn't show in the pictures, there is also gluten-free beer, at the same price as the others. Highly recommended!

Gluten-free piadinas are amazing! As a celiac, I give 5 stars because I really appreciate the fact that they thought of us, which is not obvious. It’s the only piadineria that makes gluten-free piadina in the area; moreover, they make it very well and they truly put a lot of care and attention into it: they keep the gluten-free piadinas in a separate compartment from the others, to cook it they wrap it in aluminum foil, the staff wears gloves to handle the toppings and uses tongs to take the ingredients, and they take all necessary precautions to avoid contamination despite the inadequate space, so they have my full approval. A single note of criticism: if you order the gluten-free piadina, be careful that it is served to you with aluminum foil. The first time I went there, I ordered along with another person two piadinas, one with gluten and one without, with two different toppings. At the time of picking up the order, it was not specified which one was gluten-free, but one of the two (the one with the topping we ordered with gluten) was wrapped in foil while the other was in napkins. After a few bites, we both noticed that something was different in the texture of both, and after asking the staff, we were confirmed that they had mistakenly swapped the toppings, "but it was obvious which one was gluten-free because it was wrapped in foil" and I won’t add anything else. However, despite this unfortunate and I hope unique episode of distraction in the order, not being able to ignore the great care and dedication they put into their work and also into the gluten-free as I described earlier, I decided to give them a second chance and I was not disappointed, quite the contrary! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
