Good gluten-free pizza, but not excellent. However, there are gluten-free options even among the fried appetizers. Very nice location with a view, friendly and helpful staff. Best to try it during the week when there's not the usual Saturday night crowd that slows everything down.

Daniele Gourmet in Salerno is a must-stop for lovers of quality pizza, including gluten-free options. The dough is light, fragrant, and rich in flavor, among the best gluten-free I've ever tasted. The deconstructed gluten-free tiramisu is also excellent, a refined and delicious dessert that perfectly concludes the experience. Attentive service and a well-kept environment complete a truly excellent experience.

We had high expectations given the reviews and the strong online presence. The place is well-kept and bright. We arrived around 10 PM on a weekday and there were few covers. Right from the start, we were greeted with great kindness, which only heightened our expectations. We chose two pizzas, the first being the "Premio Gambero Rosso" and the second created by the Michelin-starred chef Peppe Guida. The service was quick and efficient. Now I will share my personal and subjective taste; I wouldn’t know how to evaluate it otherwise. I did not appreciate the two pizzas. In the first one, I found the cherry tomatoes a bit too acidic. I know that tomatoes are naturally acidic, but the taste of the pizza was completely altered by the marked acidity (the pizza in question is the Premio Gambero Rosso, so I repeat that I speak from my personal taste); but the one that truly left me perplexed was the second pizza. I did not like the rather compact dough, which in my opinion was under-risen, requiring far too much chewing before swallowing it, but this might be intentional since it is a gourmet pizzeria. A small note: the presence of a couple of little flies near the table, probably due to the location. Nothing serious, but in such a well-kept place, I didn’t expect it. Overall, a venue with great potential and impeccable service: I hope, if I return, to be able to give 5 stars.

I convinced my husband to eat gluten-free because we both wanted to try two pizzas... The result? Spectacular! Exceptional pizza and high quality of ingredients. What can I say, a must-try! PS: the Violetta pizza is phenomenal...
