The ice cream is good but they came out with "it might be contaminated"... I ate it at my own risk but I don't know if I'll return, there are many ice cream shops in Palermo with greater safety.

Sublime gelato, the flavors are almost all gluten-free, except for 2 or 3. Fantastic and never banal flavors, with attention to every minimal contamination, very kind and trained staff. Excellent!

As soon as we arrived at the ice cream shop, we were greeted excellently; the staff was passionate, always available and kind, as well as trained on the needs of gluten-free customers. Furthermore, the service was immediate. The quality of the ice cream is superior to any other ice cream shop I have ever been to. Highly recommended!

I couldn't leave Palermo without tasting the stuffed brioche with ice cream. I recommend going there on an empty stomach because the portion size is exceptional. The brioche is super fresh and the ice cream is artisanal. My husband is celiac and was able to have ice cream in a gluten-free cone, which doesn't always happen, and kindly the salesperson suggested having uncontaminated ice cream. Those who are not celiac do not realize how appreciated and important this kind of attention is.
