Gelateria in the center of Palermo where we tasted truly remarkable granitas. They are very careful with celiacs and allergies; I absolutely recommend it.

If you are celiac, you can eat the gluten-free brioche with ice cream here with complete peace of mind. The flavors are at a separate counter from the regular ones, so there is no risk of contamination. The ice cream and brioche are very good.

Good ice cream, but definitely not among the best in Palermo. There isn't a very large selection of gluten-free flavors.
