Not everything on the menu is gluten-free, but the options I tried were very good! The passatelli in broth were very good. The tortellini-stuffed meatballs were delicious.

The menu offers several variations of dry passatelli, including gluten-free and vegetarian options, and they are truly excellent. For dessert, the mascarpone is truly outstanding, both with nocino and balsamic vinegar.

A restaurant in the center of Nonantola that offers truly delicious gluten-free dishes. I was there for my grandmother's birthday, and I must say that in the end the menu was gluten-free for everyone, not out of obligation but by choice. In the photos, you can see the mix of house appetizers which included polenta with mushrooms and breadsticks, meatballs with tosone and friggione, a first course with the famous passatelli from the house (I ordered the dry option with crispy bacon and parmesan), and to conclude beautifully, a mix of desserts (white chocolate salami, mascarpone, chocolate cake, and cheesecake). Among the photos, you can also see the house's entrée, which was a mini velvety soup with bacon (and it was clear to me from that moment that we were in for a treat). This place is famous for its passatelli, with or without broth, which I must say I LOVED, but the rest of the menu did not disappoint either! Definitely on my list of favorite places, highly recommended!

We celebrated my birthday with the whole family at this restaurant. Excellent cuisine, you must absolutely try the passatelli, a house specialty. Gluten-free menu with various options. The service in the dining room was friendly and attentive. An experience to definitely repeat.
