They use sandwiches that look like brioche, horrible; what I buy for home is far superior, "Sicilia a tavola" (frozen) and they have very little choice for gluten-free, I was really disappointed... they've been using these obsolete products for years, they need to pay more attention and update, as long as it's like this, I won't be back! I hope this review helps to create more interest in us celiacs and improve.

I preface that I have been to this place multiple times ordering takeout since I am celiac. One day, however, I decided to sit at a table with my boyfriend. When it came time to order a drink, I asked for a 0.5L bottle at room temperature since I suffer from intestinal sensitivity. I was told that I couldn’t order it because the small warm bottles are only for takeout, so I would have to settle for a 1L cold bottle. Consequently, I decided to get up and buy a bottle from the bakery next door and put it in my bag to avoid causing any trouble. From that moment, my boyfriend was almost verbally assaulted by the head waiter, who told him that I couldn't do that and that I should have bought their frozen water, which obviously didn’t happen. I didn't leave only because it was late and I was hungry—mediocre sandwich with packaged buns from Schar, terrible service.

Restaurant just steps from the beach of Mondello. Proposal of typical and traditional gluten-free dishes that are truly varied. A special mention goes to the excellent fresh pasta, both for taste and consistency. Tasty and light fried food, excellent meatballs, as well as the caponata.
