CONGRATULATIONS!!!! It’s the first time I find a place so attentive and with such a wide selection for celiacs! Great variety and excellent quality from appetizers to desserts! I will definitely return to try the pizza as well. The gluten pizza that my daughter ordered was absolutely delicious! Special mention to the service with Andrea who took great care of us! A round of applause to the owner and the cook for being truly attentive to everyone’s dietary needs! ❤️

It is one of the places that has a wide selection of pizzas, appetizers, and desserts in lower Salento, all very good. Highly recommended.

During our holidays, we randomly discovered this really characteristic and welcoming pizzeria/trattoria. A very pleasant surprise! The menu offers a wide selection of dishes that can also be prepared gluten-free: for us, who were a bit undecided, it was a great relief. Andrea, seeing us in difficulty, guided us with a professionalism and courtesy that are truly rare, advising us wonderfully. We tasted simply wonderful orecchiette and a mixed fry that spoke for itself: the quality and freshness of the products were evident in every bite. But what really deserves to be emphasized is the attention to the customer: the friendliness and kindness of all the staff made us feel at home. We felt so good that, despite the pizzeria not being very close to our accommodation, we returned several times during our holiday. A special thanks to Andrea and Giuseppe, who with their availability and smiles made every evening even more enjoyable: a real strength of this place! Ps: Congratulations to the owner for the choice of staff!!! Highly recommended.

Neapolitan-style pizzeria. Cozy and very homey, just the way I like it. Very good pizzas, with carefully selected dough and ingredients. There is an option for gluten-free pizzas and different types of dough. However, I must point out the wait of over an hour for 4 pizzas. Although we dined on a Saturday evening, the place wasn't very large, so I hope it was just an unfortunate coincidence. I do emphasize the staff's insistence on clearing the table while not all diners had finished their meals; it felt like they were rushing us while others were still waiting to be served. A policy to be reviewed, but I would probably return because the pizzas were truly excellent.

Great place, I am celiac and found everything good. I hadn't eaten potato croquettes in a while. Delicious. The pizza is not frozen but seems like regular pizza. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable.

A youth-led venue located just a few steps from the center of Tricase. A unique small internal room with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu ranges from typical pizzeria offerings to pucce, with the option to choose some typical dishes of Salento cuisine (including horse meat pieces and bombette). Despite the meat, TENDER AND JUICY, and the excellent pucce, the pizza (with a pronounced edge and a center as thin as a veil) prepared in various ways remains the undisputed protagonist... The recognition awarded by Gambero Rosso is justified by: 1) a LIGHT and DIGESTIBLE DOUGH, MELT-IN-YOUR-MOUTH that is also available in other variations (hemp, turmeric, gluten-free...); 2) impeccable COOKING; 3) the MASTERY of the pizzaioli; 4) the HIGH QUALITY and UNIQUENESS of the INGREDIENTS used (among the few to use swordfish carpaccio). Moreover, a courteous and available service contributes to making this place a MUST-SEE in the food scene of Salento, with staff that are never intrusive and a normal wait time.

Let's start with the environment....a friendly and personal atmosphere that puts you at ease. Roberta is an excellent hostess, always approachable. The pizzas are truly out of this world; they satisfy both those who crave traditional flavors and those with more sophisticated tastes, thanks to the experimental combinations from the pizzaioli. Excellent. Recommended even for those who are celiac; the perfectly risen dough will not make you miss the traditional ones. Highly recommended place. TOP

Quality pizzeria offering both traditional and gourmet pizzas, with a choice of various types of dough including multigrain and toasted wheat, the latter being tried and recommended. Attention is given to those with gluten and lactose intolerances. The staff is young and very well trained, and Paolo guided us to the best pizza choice to enjoy. The typical appetizers of the area are also delicious while waiting for the pizzas. I recommend dining no later than 8:00 PM / 8:30 PM; after this time, the place fills up and the wait can become significant, a sign that the pizza is really good and well-known in the area!
