I was out last night with some friends, we queued up because they don’t take reservations after 8 PM and we waited an hour both to sit down and to receive our order 🙈 the pizza is good and they are very attentive but in my opinion, it’s not as phenomenal as everyone says… I’ve definitely had better, the same goes for the industrial desserts. I don’t know, they didn’t convince me, if I had been alone I would have gotten annoyed and left, I must admit…

I finally got to try the gluten-free pizza at Assaje, and I must say it met my expectations. I had a traditional mushroom and ham pizza; the dough was light, soft, and delicious, and the ingredients were well balanced and calibrated with each other, truly delightful. The staff who served us were very kind, calm, and it was a wonderful experience. I thank you for allowing me to see up close the preparation area for gluten-free food, and for leaving a message of appreciation to the pizzaiolo who created the pizza at Assaje.

The best gluten-free pizza I've ever found. It was recommended to me by a celiac friend, and I was so enthusiastic about it that I went there twice in one week! I also bought the 1kg bag of flour for €9 that can be purchased at the cashier.

We went for gluten-free pizza last night, which was delicious. We had the pistachio one with mortadella and it wasn't salty at all. The pizza was truly light and I highly recommend it, with fair prices and excellent service.

Located in the center of Turin, with a double kitchen, therefore super safe! Really delicious, with different varieties of dough, including one with cuttlefish ink. As an appetizer, we had bruschetta, they are super crunchy and have excellent combinations of ingredients! There is a decent selection of desserts, which is not taken for granted in gluten-free options... The quality of the ingredients is noticeable! At the end of the meal, they offered digestive drinks, very good! Very kind staff and cozy venue. We'll be back soon to try everything!

Awesome place. I am lactose intolerant and they edited the pizza I wanted and added vegan cheese so I could eat. Super good flavour and ingredients. The service was super nice! They also offered limoncello and candy after the dinner We definitely recommend to come!!!
