Fantastic! It would have been a great loss to give up because it was hard to find parking. We arrived in Gallipoli just to come to this restaurant located in the center, 200 m from the old town, in an area not restricted to traffic. We traveled 40km to have this experience, and both my 11-year-old son and I were extremely pleased, which is why I'm leaving a review here because all celiacs should know about this place, where they welcome you, as the manager said, not as a problem but as an opportunity. They keep emphasizing that they don’t have a double kitchen; I challenge you to find a celiac who has a double kitchen at home. It requires a lot of care, just like you do, and also our help, perhaps by informing you in advance. Naturalness, kindness, and professionalism in letting you enjoy a Salento that does not exclude celiacs and lactose intolerant individuals. There is also a wide selection of desserts, which are delicious 🥰 Thank you, thank you, thank you, we will tell everyone.

An exceptional Apulian dinner... mixed fried - puccia served with Salento oil - fresh orecchiette with turnip tops - all gluten-free and with the utmost safety, a chef who is not only passionate about her craft but also very attentive to her clients. If I return, it will be the first place I’ll eat at again.

A short distance from the historic center of Gallipoli, I finally got to taste some delicious orecchiette (fresh!) with turnip tops, bread, and puccia with octopus and potatoes. They do not have a separate kitchen but are very attentive to contamination. I recommend it!

Attentive and knowledgeable staff regarding gluten-free options, I had the pleasure of enjoying a plate of gluten-free orecchiette with tomato sauce and salted ricotta, mopping it up with an excellent bread roll. Reasonable prices, fast and efficient service.

The first thing they explain is that they do not have a double kitchen. My response: neither do I have a double kitchen! They pay a lot of attention; some dedicated products are fried in a fryer only for celiacs. They really go out of their way to please you. You can't miss the puccia with octopus and potatoes, and the fresh gluten-free pasta with turnip tops, or however you like it! Kind and professional. A guarantee.
