Good food, aesthetically beautiful environment with an imposing stone fireplace. The lady - I suppose the owner - shows a slight problem with anger management. The service, even on a technical level, is all wrong. The drinks arrived well after the appetizers after several requests, the bread was the same (and then it remained on the table until after dessert), a shared appetizer arrived wrong, and while those who weren't intolerant to the ingredients ate it, she took it away. A truly inelegant gesture. When she came to clear the table - I was distracted talking to my dining companions - she must have struggled to lift a plate, so she suddenly turned to me: "HELP MEEEEE" with a murderous look and a tone of voice that would envy the best black metal records. In any case, I repeat, the dishes were good, except for the mascarpone, which I found irrelevant. Technical service errors can always be forgiven; however, given the unacceptable attitude, I report them in detail. To the lady, I say: do something about this repressed anger because it is really out of control and is not good for either her or those around her, willingly or unwillingly. You will see that everything will go better, because she has a nice place with good cuisine, which deserves to be crowned by the serenity of those who inhabit it by offering "refreshment," rather than becoming the container in which to pour out their inner discomfort. It is absurd to have to write such a thing in a restaurant review, but this illustrates how evident the problem is.
