One of the best gluten-free pizzerias in Bologna! I always order the pizza with vegetables and I love the fact that they don't use the classic grilled vegetables like in all pizzerias, but seasonal vegetables from the restaurant are used (in winter, for example, you will also find broccoli).

My land is a pizzeria in a simple, informal yet well-kept environment. The staff is friendly, attentive to customer needs, and provides quick service considering the significant influx of people across different shifts (19/19:30 - 21:00). Here, they know how to make pizza: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a dough that isn't 'sticky.' We ordered for four: 1 gluten-free pizza with sausage, which I was told is very good even in appearance; 1 regular pizza with sausage and mushrooms, also very good; 1 Verace and 1 parmigiana on a cutting board. These last two pizzas are now served on a plate rather than a cutting board for understandable hygiene regulations. In any case, the pizzas with this denomination are characterized by a high crust and a slightly more pronounced dough weight, in my opinion. That said, the ingredients are of excellent quality, with fried eggplant in the parmigiana (just as it should be!), unsalted raw ham, and very tasty buffalo mozzarella. To nibble on before the pizzas, we had a full Neapolitan cuoppo, which was very good. A very positive and not taken for granted note is the staff's promptness. When we requested to warm up the pasta frittatina that was still a bit cold in the center, they quickly remedied it in just a few minutes. Price is appropriate for the times and the perceived quality in all the dishes we ate. Well done, top!
