I went to Bologna for a short vacation and tried their balanzoni stuffed with ricotta and mortadella in a parmesan cream. Truly delicious. Taken to go and prepared on the spot. Their counter had a wide selection of options, all gluten-free, from main dishes to side dishes. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.
