I went to Bologna for a short vacation and tried their balanzoni stuffed with ricotta and mortadella in a parmesan cream. Truly delicious. Taken to go and prepared on the spot. Their counter had a wide selection of options, all gluten-free, from main dishes to side dishes. Friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommended.

The best place for gluten free. Both for takeout and to eat there. But you absolutely must book because it is a very loved place and there's a reason for that! They are the best. They prepare all the food themselves! Everything! And everything from the appetizer to dessert is wonderful. Great care and heart.

A place like this should be in every Italian city! A rotisserie with a few tables inside, where you can choose from a series of first courses or create a dish by selecting from various options on display, including meat, fish, and various vegetable baked dishes. Many vegetarian options. The desserts (especially the tiramisu) are truly a highlight, with notable tiramisu and English cream, all for a really affordable price considering the usual markup for gluten-free products.

It’s amazing that I can choose anything I would like to eat. Menu piatti combinati that you can choose from the counter and Primi piatti & pasta fresca is what they make for you freshly. They make the glutenfree pasta themselves. The food was delicious, the waitrress was nice the place was idillic. Definitely worth it.

I had lunch in this little paradise for celiacs (and non-celiacs), what can I say, the first courses are truly exquisite and the desserts are just as good! There is also a showcase full of everything you could desire, from vegetables to fish, to meat, and even some more indulgent items like eggplant parmesan, cutlets, and potato croquettes, all made in-house; there’s really something for every taste! The owners are kind and helpful, in short, a little gem in Bologna that is absolutely worth trying.

Great experience, both for those with celiac disease and those without! Everything at the deli counter is gluten-free, plus you can choose first courses from the kitchen (with or without gluten) and desserts (all gluten-free). Great attention to contamination (so much so that gluten products come from an external location): a guarantee for celiacs. The establishment is also part of the AIC circuit. We had two gluten-free first courses: tortellini in broth and gramigna with sausage, both good. From the counter, we tried potato rosti and fried polenta, as well as some delicious and soft fresh bread. The dessert we chose, tiramisu, was homemade and we enjoyed it. Everything was good, but the gramigna with sausage really impressed us, along with the attention and hospitality of the staff. We will gladly return!

Absolute heaven on earth. This place is a heaven for gluten free, and anyone looking for high quality delicious food. The owners were so kind and helpful. I grew up Italian, but in Canada, and I haven’t been able to have real Italian food like that since my celiac diagnosis. Healthy, tasty, incredible. Oh also incredible espresso!
