Phenomenal. Besides the utmost attention to cross-contamination (two kitchens, distinguishable dishes, etc.), they offer various gluten-free doughs (I recommend the one with grains). So far, the best gluten-free pizza I’ve had in Bologna.

Great pizzeria with very kind staff. Spacious and very nice place. We came to this pizzeria because we were looking for a place that served gluten-free, as we were coming in a group, and that’s how we discovered it. We were impressed by the variety of doughs, not only for the regular pizzas but also for the gluten-free ones! I had a Neapolitan dough for my small pizza which was excellent, as was the maiunagioia. The person who had the gluten-free pizza with Neapolitan dough was also very satisfied. All the desserts are gluten-free as well. The ricotta and strawberry tart was delicious. I will return!

Delicious pizza, but I've already heard about it... Today I also tried the fried foods, zucchini flowers and cutlet, and they were so good that I asked three times for them to be gluten-free, I got paranoid there might be gluten!! A must-stop in Bologna.

The selection of doughs is amazing: even for gluten-free, you can choose between classic, sourdough, with grains and seeds, hemp, or in Neapolitan style. Each pizza is made with top-quality ingredients and great care, and for each one, a beer pairing is also recommended, which really makes a difference. The place is welcoming, and the staff is super knowledgeable and kind, paying close attention to the needs of those with intolerances. An experience not to be missed, even for those who are not celiac. The only downside is the location: a bit inconvenient and outside the city center. But it is absolutely worth it!

So far I have been there twice and I have always been very pleased. They have a lot of different doughs to choose from, I particularly recommend the hemp one although I also liked the one with seeds. The side dishes are also very interesting, changing depending on the season. I loved the crunchy peppers and the zucchini flowers. Maximum attention to contamination.

Highly recommended pizzeria! It is certainly the best quality gluten-free pizza in Bologna. The only gluten-free pizzeria that offers a pizza that has nothing to envy to those with gluten, maintaining the same structure, consistency, and high crust. The staff is very accommodating and the venue is very spacious, with 2 floors. Besides pizzas, they also offer gluten-free fried appetizers. I recommend making a reservation in advance because it is usually quite full.

Pizza with top-quality ingredients and above all, DELICIOUS. You can choose your preferred dough (they have a huge selection) with options for celiacs. The dessert was amazing; I would have had seconds. I also had a chocolate liqueur of indescribable goodness, which came directly from the Aosta Valley. Impeccable service, the place was packed, and the pizzas arrived at the table right away. The staff was super attentive and also friendly. Highly recommended and suitable for everyone, for an evening with friends, family, or as a couple. Go there, you won't regret it!

Definitely underrated! Very off the beaten path, but worth it if you like to experiment with your pizza. If you've had it with typical osterias and ristorantes, and you feel like just having a superb pizza and a beer in a chill non-pretentious setting, this place is for you. Multiple choices of gluten and gluten-free dough, and a myriad of different topping combinations. Also, the menu comes with pizza-beer pairing suggestions. I think I only had better pizza in Napoli.

Pizzeria outside Bologna city center, in an area still under construction. Youthful management, fast and attentive service. Pizza with very good ingredients, with a great variety of doughs and especially the option for gluten-free, which is not a given. Very few pizzerias in Bologna offer that. Overall good but nothing exceptional.

Everything was great. We will definitely come back. What a luck to have found you. The gluten-free pizza is really delicious 😋, the best I've ever eaten so far. The bruschettas are amazing too, with very tasty combinations. I want to add a few words about the bathrooms, which are very clean, something I consider the business card of a restaurant. Compliments to all the staff and thank you.
