So far I have been there twice and I have always been very pleased. They have a lot of different doughs to choose from, I particularly recommend the hemp one although I also liked the one with seeds. The side dishes are also very interesting, changing depending on the season. I loved the crunchy peppers and the zucchini flowers. Maximum attention to contamination.

Highly recommended pizzeria! It is certainly the best quality gluten-free pizza in Bologna. The only gluten-free pizzeria that offers a pizza that has nothing to envy to those with gluten, maintaining the same structure, consistency, and high crust. The staff is very accommodating and the venue is very spacious, with 2 floors. Besides pizzas, they also offer gluten-free fried appetizers. I recommend making a reservation in advance because it is usually quite full.
