I’m actually lost for words on how good this place is. Locals come here and buy bags of everything so make sure you go in the morning. All gluten free and homemade, you can see them making everything in the back. Staff are lovely and friendly with everyone. I had the chocolate coconut balls and other gf bits. Just divine!

Tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle, lasagna, crescenti of every kind, homemade sweets, cookies, stuffed ravioli, pastries, panettone at Christmas, colomba at Easter, all artisanal and super fresh. They also make magnificent and delicious cakes for every event. I still remember the first time I visited: a paradise for someone with celiac disease... truly breathtaking!

Truly exceptional! We had both tortellini and tortelli, both truly incredible in terms of taste, craftsmanship, and ingredient quality. Far superior to those from most traditional Bolognese pasta shops, I feel like recommending it even to those who do not have gluten issues.

If you are looking for guten free pastries, then this is the place. Two chairs only and I do not think they serve coffee. But with these pastries in your bag and coffeeshops just a 5 min walk away, you are set up for an unhealthy gluten free treat. Bravo!

The best store for celiacs in Bologna! It offers an endless variety of fresh gluten-free products; sweet, savory, and whatever flavor you crave. A not-so-great location, being a bit hidden and having a lack of parking, but still well connected and easily reachable. Staff are always very kind, friendly, and helpful. The only downside, aside from the location, is the small size and crowding during peak days and hours. Being very popular among celiacs, if you go during peak times, you often have to wait in line outside the place for a bit. If you pass by and you’re a celiac, you can’t miss it; if you live here, you probably already know it, super!!

I found this store in the AIC guide to eating out, searching for services. Arriving from outside the region, I was looking to buy some typical Bolognese products. Well, here I found Eden for those who are celiac but do not want to give up on flavor and the pleasure of eating. Tortellini, tagliatelle, crescentine, but also croissants and other desserts, snacks for aperitifs (stuffed sfogliatelle), the colomba. I still have to taste the latter, but I have no doubts about its goodness. Perhaps one downside: the bread, for my taste, was not special. Surely if I pass through Bologna, I will return!

I can say that their products are perfect for those who suffer from the condition because, besides being effective, they are also very good and pleasant even for healthy people. Thank you for this really good food! I had the chance to forget about my allergies for a few days and enjoyed it so much! Everyone complaining about the prices or anything else, you have no taste and no idea how much work there is behind and how hard it is to make gluten free taste sooo good. When I crave tortellini, and I can't settle for packaged products, I pilgrimage to La Spiga. Their gluten-free products, especially the fresh stuffed pasta and the passatelli... are unrivaled. It's worth the 100 km drive, and even freezing them at home they are perfect.
