Unique place in the historic center of Bologna that offers a real gluten-free breakfast: croissants, pain au chocolat, sandwiches, stuffed focaccias, cookies, brownies, cream puffs, desserts, bread (drinks, juices, beers). All completely gluten-free.

The absolute best gluten free bakery I have ever been to. The fluffiest, flakiest croissant and pain au chocolat. The bread is so flavorful! Crispy on the outside and so so fluffy in the middle.Better then any GF bread I've ever had! The staff was so friendly and lovely too.

This has been my best find of Bologna. Recommend to everyone especially those gluten free. The staff were incredible, even humouring my attempt at Italian. Will definitely be back!
