After reading the reviews, I called to make a reservation, but the girl on the phone told me that there is a risk of contamination because the cutlets are all made in the same kitchen, and they also make them with gluten. I don't understand why some people with celiac disease give 5 stars when it's clearly not a suitable place for those who are celiac; the girl on the phone even specified it to me.

Everything gluten-free! Stuffed cutlets served with fries and/or corn. Affordable and super tasty. Of course, also gluten-free beer and desserts! Highly recommended!

All dishes are gluten-free, so no problem with contamination. Pork or vegetarian cutlets with great fillings. They also have gluten-free beer. Recommended!

Really nice and well-kept place, with an original idea and interesting, well-thought-out types of dishes. I really liked the variety of options, which is something different from the usual. Excellent food (gluten-free) and welcoming, kind, and helpful staff. Absolutely positive experience, I will gladly return!

What a fantastic idea to eat something different from the usual, even gluten-free! The cutlet made this way is delicious. Flavors both traditional and more unique, and a generous portion! The girl who served me and guided my choice was lovely. Well done!

Amazing creation: crispy schnitzel used as a taco to hols other delicious toppings. Gluten-free, not yet coeliac accredited. Friendly staff too. So good!

We found this looking for tacos, but it’s basically crispy GF deep-fried “breaded” ham with the fillings they offer like prosciutto. Gluten-free restaurants can be hard to find in Bologna. Even harder to find something that can also accommodate dairy-free! They are about to get their certification for a gluten-free facility. There is an English menu on their website that you can find via QR code at the facility. Try a Petroniana with BBQ sauce and the amazing fries with garlic mayo. Next time I’m going to add the caramelized, onions and almonds to my order! I don’t normally like corn on the cob but that was cool thing to enjoy. Ciao! Free soda water frizzante.

New and youthful locale, perfect for university students who want to eat something different, which can be enjoyed either seated at the table or while exploring the city. Very good food, all the cutlets are gluten-free and you have the option to choose between meat or vegetarian cutlets. Highly recommended.

Gluten-free spot (finally) in the center of Bologna. Super tasty cutlets, crunchy batter, and quality seasonings. Special mention for the fries, really delicious! Well done, we will definitely come back.

Street food place with cotoletta alla bolognese. There are so many options and all are gluten free. Super tasty and easy tò eat. My hubby took classical bolognese cotoletta - he loved It sooo much! And I took vegeterian version - also great tasty option. I higly recommend tò anyone who loves cotoletta 👌🏻🔥

Unusual way to eat the cutlet! Besides the classics, I liked seeing that there were as many as 3 choices of vegetarian cutlets made from a base of chickpeas and peas, very tasty! Special fries. Wonderful salted caramel tart. Eco-friendly for the water dispenser and all packaging in paper. Right quantity-quality-price ratio. Everything is gluten-free! I will return to try other dishes!

Fantastic! Cozy place, super friendly staff, and then the cutlets... What a delight! Crunchy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and with mouth-watering combinations. I also had the corn on the cob, really tasty. How did I feel after leaving? Full, happy, and with a crazy desire to go back and try them all! P.S: perfect place to bring friends who are celiac or vegetarian, there are cutlets for everyone.
