For me, as (modesty aside) a certain expert in ice cream, I can say that this is the best ice cream shop in Bologna. Flavors that stand on their own, showcasing the sophistication of the raw materials and excellent quality. Not to mention the friendliness of the owner and his availability. Well-stocked counter, including vegan and gluten-free flavors.

Ice cream shop with gluten-free flavors. The staff is always very attentive to wash their hands before serving you gluten-free ice cream. The ice cream itself is good; the only downside is that there aren't many flavors to choose from. I hope that with the arrival of summer, they will increase.

I advise against getting ice cream here because it could become addictive. For every ice cream you eat afterwards, you'll be tempted to make a comparison and none will ever be as good. Special mention to the Mascarpone, which has an authentic taste like "what grandma used to make." Super attention to gluten-free đź’Ś
