The venue is located in the Bologna Fiere area, just steps from the ring road, exit Bologna Centro or Fiere. The environment is modern and welcoming, with tables well spaced among displays of excellent rice and wine (a long and qualified list). The staff is polite without fuss, quick and composed, although beneath their careful gestures lies an exuberant youthful vitality, ready to celebrate. The food – a Potato and Porcini Tart and a Risotto with Radicchio, Taleggio, and Walnuts – is excellent in quality of raw materials and preparation. The rice, in particular, was perfectly cooked, with a soft surface and solid body just right; it was carefully creamed, with the bitterness of the radicchio softened by the sweetness of butter and Taleggio, the savoriness of Parmesan, and the crunchiness of the walnuts in balance. Reasonable price. Gluten-free products are indicated on the menu. We will return.

I had a great time, the risotto was really very good, the staff was kind and helpful! Moreover, the restaurant is very nice. I will definitely come back!
