I have been gluten-free for a very short time, I tried delivery pizza and I have to admit I had doubts that they made a mistake because it was almost identical to non gluten-free pizza. So far the best gluten-free pizza I have tried. Excellent

Dinner based on pizza, we chose the gluten-free options, truly special, great doughs and toppings, definitely among the best gluten-free pizzas tasted so far: I recommend IMPERIA with hemp flour, but the QUATTRO STAGIONI with cereal dough (always gluten-free) was also delicious and well-filled. There is a wide assortment of desserts and semifreddos for the joy of the celiacs. Mango cheesecake gets a 10 and praises! It’s worth mentioning the clean and welcoming environment and our very friendly and efficient waitress Michela! Update: we returned today for lunch, hot gluten-free bread served and generous plates of chicken (in the photo, strips and big salad ‘pollo 2’). We had a dinner for a graduation party, two gluten-free. The guests were all satisfied, and they even took the business card to go back. We had starters of crescentine with cured meats and cheeses, very good caramelized onions. We had Bolognese and Milanese cutlets and tagliata. I was at this place last night... I found a welcoming environment, fast and attentive service. Before giving us the menu, the waiter asked if there was anyone with celiac disease. The pizzas we had were great, and the ingredients (Raffa and Delizia) were of high quality, served in reasonable time. The beer (1698) was good, though nothing special and with limited choices (only one blonde on tap). The desserts were also well presented and explained; I waited a bit for the white chocolate and pistachio cake, but it was truly worth it, so I didn't mind waiting, and I had been informed beforehand. The black truffle from Pizzo Calabro was excellent and deserving as well.

I dined at this pizzeria with a group of friends, one of whom is celiac. There is a wide variety of pizzas and doughs to choose from, and we tried the charcoal dough, the sourdough, and the gluten-free dough. Everything was excellent and easy to digest. We also tasted the desserts: the mascarpone cream, the tiramisu, and the pistachio heart cake, all of which were good. The atmosphere is nice, and there is also an outdoor veranda. The staff was very friendly. It's a great place to eat pizza, even better if someone in the group is celiac. We paid a total of 89.20; maybe a few euros less here and there would have been nice, but I must say everything was excellent and the variety of products comes at a price.
