Very good food, staff aware of the issue and very attentive in preparation against contamination. They also have gluten-free soy sauce.

Great dinner both for the sushi and for the cooked dishes. Very few tables, so it's advisable to make a reservation. Excellent management of gluten-free options for my wife. The owner is very kind and friendly.
