one of the only gluten-free kebabs with (industrial) bread but gluten-free

And who complains, if you put the mint... no one! For this, the best kebab in Bologna. Especially GLUTEN-FREE. We love you, for years

Impeccable service, the gentleman is of rare kindness. The menu offers various options, both meat and vegetarian; in my humble opinion, at Parsit you can eat the best falafel in Bologna, or at least definitely in the university area. They also have gluten-free products. A tiny flaw: the place doesn't have a bathroom for customers.

Very friendly staff and great kebab

When I arrive in downtown Bologna, I gladly go to Parsit. The place is small and there aren't many seats. However, the food is very good and made fresh on the spot. With several gluten-free options for celiacs who love this type of cuisine, it is definitely a place to go for a meal.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and can say it’s one of the best culinary surprises of the year. The owners are very kind and helpful. Quality food at a very accessible price, recommended especially for those with celiac disease; they will find a perfect spot here. Amazing falafel, the best in the university area, excellent quality meat. Highly recommended!

Incredible and incomparable. I would spend all my salary on their pastrami sandwiches. A top place to bring your gluten-free friends. Great food and always a lovely smile. I give them 5 stars because 6 is not possible.

A simple place, without frills, but with really delicious Persian food! Well-made, genuine, and tasty street food. The lady who runs it is super kind and makes you feel at home. Great prices, perfect for the university area and much lower than the average in Bologna. Interesting note: a wide selection of vegan dishes and especially gluten-free options.

Parsit is the place every celiac would want in their city. A welcoming and clean spot, with a wide menu, the owners are simply fantastic, their smiles warm the heart! I visited two days in a row during a short stay in Bologna and tried the traditional Kebab, the one with Pastrami, and a plate of Falafel. The products are very good, the portions generous, and the attention to gluten-free is very high; although the place does not have a separate kitchen, I had no problems during any of my visits. If you're in Bologna and especially if you're celiac, this stop is a must, you won't regret it!

Very kind staff and very good food! The choice isn't vast, but it's still possible to go several times without eating the same thing. It's easy to feel included here, even for vegan celiacs like me. It's one of my favorite places.

Delicious kebab. Highly recommended!!!

The only place in Bologna that serves kebabs also for celiacs, in fact, I recommend going there because everything is really very good!
5
The only kebab shop I've found in Bologna that also offers gluten-free options. French fries, kebab, and gluten-free dolmadakia. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good kebab with fresh ingredients, even for non-celiac customers. Recommended!

Persian specialties cooked with care and taste, suitable for vegans and gluten-free. An inexpensive but welcoming, simple, family-run place. The serene atmosphere and the kindness of the owners make this place a little happy island to eat well and in peace.

Very good kebab, both chicken and the regular one, recommended! Homemade gluten-free falafel 🔥

gluten-free kebab and cucù are really good, there are also other choices. The staff is super friendly and cares about the issue.

Gluten-free kebab, falafel, and delicious couscous with zero risk of contamination. The staff is very kind and helpful!
5
Great place that offers kebab piadina in regular, vegetarian (cucù), and vegan (falafel) versions. Best hummus in the city. Friendly and helpful owners.

good kebab

Really delicious falafel made with Schär piadina, very nice staff.

The place identified as one of the few (if not the only one) to make gluten-free kebab. Obviously, it is not a certified establishment, and this is limited to the use of gluten-free wraps. However, the kebab is excellent, the ingredients are good, and there is attention to the customer. Everything went well, and we will definitely return to try the sandwich as well. The gentleman who manages the place is very kind, friendly, and helpful. There is no bathroom for customers.

An unexpected evening, catapulted into a small bistro or diner with Iranian/Persian specialties and dishes from around the world as the sign outside suggests, also for celiacs. Kind owners are willing to explain the dishes and suggest the most suitable options based on our needs. If the weather permits, we have some instructive chats. A small and simple place, but rich in Iranian/Persian delights all to try. Kindness and courtesy, along with good food, make this little place an open door to the world. Highly recommended. We are still the celiac family, happy to describe new places to you. Thank you and see you soon.

Small place but excellent service (although a bit slow) and really good food. The owner is truly fantastic and very helpful, even allowing for kebabs or other gluten-free dishes (which are amazing😊) and various vegetarian options.
