They do not have separate kitchens, but they are careful about cross-contamination. Orders can be placed via a tablet, where allergens are clearly indicated, and in the notes for each ordered dish, it can be reiterated that a gluten-free dish is desired. My children go there often, and neither of them has ever had issues.
