Pizza baked in an aluminum tray, good basic ingredients, the only problem was that the pizza they gave me was undercooked, I think it's not an exaggeration to say it needed about 5 more minutes of cooking. It's a mistake that happens, especially if you're not used to preparing gluten-free foods, and I acknowledge that I was wrong not to point it out. However, regarding the appetizers, the gluten-free options are absent. There is cross-contamination. I would go back, but hoping they don't get offended when I ask them to cook the pizza a bit longer.

We went to eat pizza and it was really a show, one with a 9 grain crust, a classic one, and a gluten-free one. For the gluten-free one, despite my inquiries about the additional ingredients, they were super kind and fulfilled my request, not to mention the crust, a wonderful rise, I have never found a pizza like that. 3 people, 2 waters, one large beer, 3 pizzas (with an extra gluten-free crust), cover charge, and a ponce, 56 euros, you can't find a price like that anymore. I will recommend everyone to come here. Also, the waiting times were wow, we had the pizza in no time!

The possibility to choose gluten-free pizza (with an extra charge of €2) as well as lactose-free is appreciated. Pizzas can be made with different types of dough. The sampled pizzas were good, rich in toppings. The fried appetizers (mozzarella in carrozza and potato croquettes) were also decent. The service was a bit confusing at times, but that can happen; nonetheless, the staff is very friendly. Good value for money.
