The pizza was practically raw and indigestible, the gluten-free pizza taken by my friend was most likely made with a frozen base and not particularly appetizing. The frozen pizzas from Buitoni are much better, and while I appreciate the effort to include gluten-free options, the price absolutely does not reflect the product offered. I ordered a Treviso without speck; I like cooked radicchio that is flavorful with pizza, but I understand it can be a matter of taste. There was an exaggeration of grain shavings that literally covered everything, and combined with the raw radicchio created an unexpected effect like a "big salad" which I personally do not like. The pizza was absolutely soft and rubbery; if it had been properly cooked, it might have been better. The only redeeming thing was the potato croquette, which was quite good even though its texture was softer and more watery than I expected.
