This will be my go-to pizzeria for lunch in Arco. One of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever had in decades of searching for gluten-free options around the world. The dough is incredibly light and flavorful, the mozzarella is good and digestible, and the tomato sauce is excellent—it tasted like 'grandma's sauce.' In my case, I had the diavola, which comes with spicy salami (good and plentiful) and an addition of spicy oil which I really liked, provided in convenient and hygienic single-use packets (just one is enough). It's great that they have CocaCola on tap, which many pizzerias don't. For just €3.50 more, you can have a fantastic gluten-free pizza. After lunch, no thirst or bloating, so it's TOP!!! Ample parking, which is significant in this area, and tables outside as well. The owners are very kind.
