A small but welcoming place with an organized outdoor space, a very pleasant gluten-free food display, and a variety of offerings. The owner was very helpful and friendly. I bought a gluten-free sandwich with panelle and crocchè, and some arancinette that were breaded and fried to order...everything was truly delicious! The menu offers several options between first and second courses, including non-fried ones. I will return.

Fantastic discovery, a paradise for a celiac like me. Wonderful hospitality, we ordered a mixed fried platter for two, with all the goodness it had; the croutons were something sublime. As a northern celiac, I wasn't used to eating something like that, perfect! We continued the meal with a really delicious fried chicken sandwich. The owner was incredibly nice and very accommodating; he even let us taste the lung with lemon and gave us a takeaway portion. I will come back every time I pass through the area; for someone who only eats gluten-free, it's a must-visit place! Thank you, see you soon!

I was there last night with my wife and daughter; Pietro, an exemplary owner, friendly and exceptionally welcoming. The fried dishes he brought us were all exceptional, dry, and very tasty. We need to go back before returning to Naples to enjoy his fried fish, available upon order, and why not, some first courses. The "cazzilli" and the milk croquettes were superb, the breaded eggplants... beyond words!!!! Everything served appropriately gluten-free. I strongly recommend it for celiacs. The arancine were also delicious and perfectly fried. Thank you, Pietro!!!!

When I discovered celiac disease, I thought I would never be able to eat the foods I always loved again. Instead, with the fritter shop, I found reassurance. From sandwiches to first courses, crêpes, arancine, and much more... I discovered that even gluten-free food is good when eaten in the right places... and this is the place par excellence! Not to mention the gluten-free craft beers that accompany all the delicious dishes! I even ordered from Glovo directly at work, and what can I say... I was amazed by the goodness! Thank you for everything!

The paradise of gluten-free street food! From typical Sicilian dishes to various delicacies. Everything is fresh and made on the spot. For me, the top are the fries with pistachios and bacon and the arancina with cheese fondue! Special mention goes to the crispy breaded chicken sandwich! They even gave me the recipe ❤️

A good gluten-free experience... I had a mixed fried fish and gluten-free fries, and it was really good both in taste and texture. The appetizer of fried foods from the shop, all gluten-free, was nice; the croquettes and the zucchini flower were good, while the other pieces have a lot of room for improvement in terms of flavor. It’s a pity there were no arancinette. I didn’t try the gluten-free sandwich, but it looks good. The courtesy of the owner was delightful. All in all, it was a good experience of Palermo street food gluten-free, to take away, which would be excellent with a little more attention to taste!

We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and quality of this gastronomy. We tried the mixed fried dish "La Bottega", the crepes, the salmon sandwich... Great experience at La Bottega del fritto. Federico was very kind. We ordered a box of fried foods, some croquettes, and a sandwich with porchetta (all gluten-free). Everything was excellent, but I absolutely recommend trying the croquettes.

Very friendly staff, important to be knowledgeable about gluten-free options. All the foods on the menu are gluten-free and really excellent in taste, nothing to envy from 'normal' food! Definitely recommended, it's not easy to find gluten-free street food at this level.
