Honestly, it's not the best pizza I've ever had! But it's not bad at all. In fact, I really appreciate the aperitif option, really full of gluten-free things, fried foods, cured meats, etc. Fantastic! Normal pizza but a top welcome and everything else is top :) I would return for the aperitif!

Great restaurant with friendly staff. the gluten free pizza menu was extensive and good if you also require dairy free. I was hoping the gluten free pizza base would be crispier and chewy but it was quite spongy and processed. But it was better than no pizza!

The BEST gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. I highly recommend the diavola pizza. I have tried dozens of gluten free pizzas all over the world and this is by far and wide the best. No wonder there is always a long queue. There is also normal pizza for non gluten free people. You must visit in Palermo. We waited only 30 minutes for a table & they were very kind and patient with everyone.

We visited this pizzeria last year and had the burrata, mortadella, and pistachio pesto pizza. It was honestly the best pizza we had ever eaten. This year, we came back specifically to have the same pizza again, and we can confidently say it is still the best pizza we’ve ever had! The quality, flavors, and ingredients are simply outstanding. This time we also brought my parents with us. One of them needs to eat gluten-free, and they were equally impressed. The gluten-free pizza was excellent and one of the best they had ever tasted. The service was wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and very polite. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. We will definitely be coming back again during our trip. Highly recommended! 🍕❤️ And, the limoncello drink with prosecco is dangerous, it is too good to have alcohol 🍹😂🩷

Gluten free pizza - I took Munzignara, is the best I have ever had. The dough was perfect, also the topping. Frittatina di pasta was something new for us, delicious as well (I forgot to take a picture). The waiters were kind and fast.

Timilia is an exceptional place!! The food can also be found gluten-free (the entire menu); for example, the Camurria pizza (the one with burrata on top) was indeed gluten-free. The service from Davide and Silvia is excellent! Very welcoming, smiling, practical, kind... We have already come back for the second time and we will definitely do it again!!! The place is located right in the city center near the Quattro Canti. Eating here guarantees quality, friendliness, and genuine goodness with authentic flavors, reminiscent of Sicily with their phenomenal pistachio. The entire menu is crafted with dishes that will drive you crazy, super abundant. It manages to satisfy all palates, even those of a very demanding celiac! We came here for lunch because I need to eat gluten-free. I had the potatoes with provola cheese and pistachio cream, which were delicious and in large portions. My companion had the regular pizza, and it was very good. We returned for dinner the next evening for a gluten-free pizza, which was also really good. The dough was soft but not sponge-like. The staff, both at lunch and dinner, were kind and very attentive to our particular needs, especially since my companion is allergic to potatoes. We definitely recommend it.

I went with my husband for a gluten-free aperipizza: we each got a drink and the appetizer consisted of a multi-flavor pizza. Both my husband and I were thrilled: large pizza; each slice was different from the others, so we could taste more unique flavors; excellent quality of ingredients; the pizza dough, made by them, didn’t even seem gluten-free because it was so good! Definitely a recommended place!
