I would like to preface that I am CELIAC and I had the pleasure of having lunch here with my partner (who is not celiac) for the second time! The menu is entirely gluten-free, the staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable (the chef is celiac, so we are in excellent hands). As an appetizer, we tried the raw beef, followed by excellent fresh pasta and a delicious brownie. The dishes are excellent and well-prepared in every detail, the portions are balanced, and the location is calm and welcoming.

I have been celiac for 32 years. I feel like recommending something to you... love yourselves... go try Between! A curated restaurant, very kind staff... the menu is original, creative, where you can feel the great study and many trials to create it. Unusual ingredients, with a hint of oriental. The chef and the chef's daughters are celiac. The place is not AIC certified but they are very careful. All dishes are gluten-free (some have small modifications), the fresh pasta is homemade, the bread and grissini are of excellent quality and... all desserts are gluten-free. I found my paradise!

A fantastic locale and a special person. It’s a small restaurant offering high-quality fusion cuisine with Eastern notes. A sensory experience to try at least once in a lifetime. Family-run, the two cooks (mother and daughter) are very skilled and attentive to detail, while the husband is a maître, waiter, and experienced bartender who knows how to engage and lead the customer on a journey of discovering new flavors. The establishment is not certified for celiac disease, but since both cooks are gluten-free, they are EXTREMELY careful about contamination. They prefer gluten-free dishes, even though their cuisine is not exclusively for celiacs. If you want to taste fantastic handmade gluten-free pasta, this is the right place.

We had dinner at Between and it couldn't help but impress us with the very high quality of the raw materials, the kindness of the dining staff, and the great attention given to those, like me, who are celiac or eat gluten-free. The place is well-kept and modern, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the open kitchen makes you feel at home. We will definitely be back!
