I saw that the staff was not entirely ready and I was also told to select a dish and write "gluten-free" in the notes; if that's not possible, they would notify me. I chose a dish with Venere rice, where there were no sauces or other gluten-containing ingredients, and after a while, the waitress came to tell me that Venere rice itself contains gluten, so they couldn't prepare it for me....

Sushi lover! I discovered this all-you-can-eat place a year ago, and I had a great experience. The design is modern, the staff is always friendly, and most importantly, the food is very good. I prefer the weekdays; on Saturdays and Sundays, it gets very busy, and the dishes take a bit longer. I found out I am gluten intolerant, and when I visited with my new condition, I didn’t know if I would be able to eat, but the staff and restaurant were very attentive and made sure to accommodate me, being careful about what they brought to my table. I am very happy that as a sushi lover, I don’t have to give up everything, but this was possible thanks to the attentiveness of the restaurant and its staff.
