I was here this summer with a friend to eat schiacciata and charcuterie boards: all gluten-free and really delicious, you can't notice the difference at all. The schiacciata was excellent, maybe even too decadent compared to what we usually try to eat 😄 The desserts are also excellent. I highly recommend it and will definitely return. Today I just stopped by to take some photos, but I couldn't stay. The place is small, you can make a reservation, but you can also eat inside.

We came here for both lunch (coccoli with stracciatella, vegetables, pecorino and truffle cream, and the first courses) and dinner (schiacciate) because a friend of mine is gluten intolerant, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. I would gladly return even without a gluten-related need. I give 4 stars to the environment just because, in December, the outdoor seats lack heating mushrooms.

This place has the best gluten free bread I have ever had! I ate here twice, the first time we sat down for dinner and had the Caprese, (which came with fresh warm gluten free bread!) and a sandwich. The second time I got a take away sandwich from the walk up window! Both incredibile, I wish I could eat here everyday!

Hands-down the best focaccia we've ever had. I am glutenfree, so it was absolute heaven for me, with all the flavours and freshness of ingredients. My family who was there also absolutely loved the flavours, options, and focaccia - even as non-glutenfree. The fried coccoli are fantastic, especially when paired with the excellent cured meats offered, but also on their own. The schiacciata is the main dish of the place and it is really well made, very good and with various options to choose from to fill it. They are quite large, so you can easily have one schiacciata. Takeaway service is also available. They do not accept reservations for tables. We will definitely return!

The sweets are also great. 41€ for 2 schiacciate, 2 sweets, 2 large waters, and cover near the ancient Vinaio... I would say the price is more than fair for being gluten-free.

Cute place, finally a completely gluten-free venue without having to constantly worry about possible mistakes or contamination. Attentive staff, very friendly waitress who is a bit inexperienced but very careful and skilled. I found the appetizer very good, but definitely too abundant, especially since it was fried food, the risk is that you won’t be able to eat the following dishes (we actually struggled). The pasta is very good and you can tell it’s homemade, fresh. It’s a real shame about the sauces, both the Chianti sauce and the wild boar ragù were way too salty. Additionally, the wild boar ragù seemed diluted with something dairy-based, perhaps cream, which completely ruined the flavor of the meat and the dish as a whole. The cantucci were excellent. Overall, it’s good, but it’s a real pity about those sauces that slightly ruined the flavor. I would recommend paying more attention both to the portions of the coccoli and to reviewing the sauces. Prices are medium-high, but considering the quality, gluten-free options, and portions, it's reasonable.

A varied and entirely gluten-free menu with excellent handmade schiacciate. The choices of toppings for the schiacciate are numerous and all inviting, made with high-quality ingredients. I was in Florence for only two days and managed to try only the "salsiccina" and the "sgrano", but I would have liked to try them all. The ones I tasted were delicious and huge. Moreover, celiacs can rest assured that since only gluten-free food is produced, there is no risk of contamination. I can't wait to return to Florence to try another of their schiacciate. Found by chance, very small but characteristic, particularly the stained glass that allows a view into the kitchen. The staff is kind and friendly; they managed to find us a table even during peak hours. Everything is gluten-free, including beers, with an AIC label. We ordered two schiacciate: one TOSCANA (Tuscan ham, pecorino cheese, and grilled zucchini for 8 euros) and one SALSICCINA (sausage, stracchino cheese, friarielli, and honey for 9 euros), a really flavorful combination of friarielli, stracchino, and honey. Very well stuffed, intense but pleasant flavors, not overwhelming. Well-made schiacciata, definitely worth trying. High quality of the products. Highly recommended.

We tried everything, and both the pizza and the covaccino were exquisite... however, the schiacciate, despite being asked if they were warm and being told yes, were cold... and honestly, I liked them much less than everything else. The mascarpone cream with fresh fruit was also excellent. One bathroom for men and women, and unfortunately, not very clean... attention to these details which are important! Absolutely honest price!
