Great solution for a schiacciata (focaccia) to enjoy while walking through the streets of Florence, especially for us celiacs since everything is 100% gluten free. Moreover, if you are lucky, you can find a seat inside or outside, following the rule of "first come, first served" as they do not take table reservations. That said, the raw materials are truly of high quality and especially delicious; I've never had such a good focaccia and feeling integrated while I eat it and stroll like they do at the historic "Antico Vinaio" really warms the heart as a celiac 🫶🏻

The staff is super kind and very helpful, prices are extremely competitive, and the location is perfect, especially if you're going with friends/family who want to stop at the famous Antico Vinaio. Nothing to envy about traditional focaccia: they are really delicious! For 10/11 euros you can enjoy a wide variety of focaccia, all very stuffed and truly good. Takeaway service is also available.

There is no better schiacciata than this in Florence! The menu of the place is entirely gluten-free. I had the chance to try the ‘maxi tasting platter’, tasting 4 different types of schiacciate for only 14 euros! And the pieces are so large that you are full for the whole day!
