As a Neapolitan, I can tell you that I had one of the best gluten-free pizzas of my life. It’s not easy to find solutions suitable for those with allergies and intolerances, but they found it. Congratulations again. Attached is a photo that speaks for itself. P.S.: The staff is super friendly, kind, and courteous, young and capable people.

I had dinner here with my girlfriend (who is celiac) and we had an excellent experience. The table for two is small, but fortunately, there weren't all those things you sometimes find (bottles of condiments, pots with plants, etc.), so the space was sufficient. The pizza is very good, both the regular and gluten-free options, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Generously topped and with a high crust. The variety isn’t extensive, but the available flavors are unique, so it wasn’t an issue. The desserts are excellent, almost all available for those with celiac. I find the choice of having a DJ with live music in the center of the room innovative; the music wasn’t too loud, so you could also talk without issues. The staff is very friendly, present but not oppressive.

Amazing pizza with a light dough and quality ingredients! It was truly a pleasure to eat it! Many appreciated options for vegan and gluten-free pizzas. The place is located in the historic center, in the picturesque streets of Florence. For my personal taste, the music was slightly too loud inside. The staff was very kind and always smiling. Absolutely recommended pizzeria if you visit Florence.

Cute and modern place. The only drawback is that in winter, the door that opens and closes constantly makes the environment less comfortable. The quality of the ingredients is excellent. Panuozzo is a 10, gluten-free dough needs improvement.

The best gluten-free pizza I have ever had. In 24 years I have never found someone who makes their gluten free dough from scratch, and makes it look and taste almost exactly like the real thing. It has been such an awesome new experience that I have ordered here 3 times in 2 days. Anyone, if you have a gluten allergy or not, should try this pizza. I highly recommend the Romana.
