AIC Locale from 2024. One of the best gluten-free pizzas in Florence. Dedicated kitchen and oven. Maximum attention from both the pizzaiolos and cooks, as well as the waitstaff.

Very simple, nice, and well-kept place. Neapolitan pizzas are very good; the light and well-leavened dough makes them very digestible, filled with quality ingredients. The cheesecake is also good, as well as the Torta Pistocchi (even though it's a bit small). Reservations can be made easily through the website. The waiters are very friendly. There is a gluten-free dough option. It can be a bit difficult to find parking since it's on the main road, but if you turn down the first street on the left, there is a large parking lot (3 minutes on foot).

A good Neapolitan pizza. The menu is not very extensive, but the offerings are well thought out and prepared with carefully chosen ingredients, with various options also available gluten-free. The pizza, while having the high crust typical of tradition and a slightly burnt bottom, is still pleasant. The location is nice, made even more enjoyable by the friendliness, kindness, and professionalism of the wait staff.
