We had lunch here on a Saturday during the Christmas holidays. Gluten-free pizzas with special cashew cheese. The base is made of buckwheat flour, thin and crunchy. The fresh ingredients are very tasty and flavorful. Excellent!!!!! Even my 8-year-old son liked it very much. The price for a pizza is around 9/12 euros. The place is small and I recommend making a reservation. Friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere despite the place being full.

Perfect place for brunch, lunches, snacks, all Vegan and gluten-free. The bowl with granola, the pizza (Napoli and 4 cheeses are my favorites), the wraps, and absolutely the zucchini spaghetti with cacio e pepe are a must-try. I have been going to this place for years now, and they have never disappointed me. The menu changes seasonally, always with fresh ingredients, and they often offer new desserts.

Pioneers in this field, they show courage and passion in a city like Florence, where culinary traditions related to meat dominate. Their location is boldly situated between two restaurants that serve animals, yet they carry on with their ethical and innovative vision with great strength and determination. I had the pleasure of tasting their vegan fritta: delicious! The cecina was perfectly moist, accompanied by excellent buckwheat bread, and the avocado completed the dish in a sublime way. To conclude, the marbled raw cake was a true discovery, with delicate and well-balanced flavors, perfect for the palate. Without a doubt, the best raw restaurant I have ever tried so far.
