In addition to being one of the first ice cream shops in Florence, which for over 20 years has been producing excellent gluten-free artisanal ice creams with great effort and dedication, it is the first ice cream shop that stands out for preparing different flavors also "sugar-free" and without milk (sweetened with Stevia) and therefore suitable for those with glycemic problems, which are unfortunately very common among celiacs. Dear Mrs. Franca, keep it up; your commitment is a great added value that is greatly appreciated!
