Ristorante Melotti in Florence is a must-try if you love risotto. They have amazing variations, and everything tasted freshly made, creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I have never had risotto this good before. They offer many options, including seasonal artichoke, pesto, pistachio, aubergine, and more traditional flavors like cacio e pepe. It looks like they have multiple locations, but the one in the main Florence area is very convenient. Amazing wine and gluten free beer selection aswell. Highly recommend stopping here while in Florence!

Everything is of the highest quality, from bread to desserts. Everything is completely gluten-free and there is the possibility to buy house-made products. The place is small but welcoming; the staff is polite and warm.

Spectacle! Cozy, well-kept, intimate location that tells a story. Staff well-prepared on allergies and intolerances. Top quality products. We ate fried gnocchi, a risotto with wild boar ragù, and one with roasted eggplant cream and smoked buffalo ricotta. An explosion of flavors. Everything was truly excellent. I didn't know this risotto place, but I will also try it in Rome. Well done.

An exceptional restaurant, the best risottos I've ever eaten and also other particular and delicious dishes. We tried everything from starters to desserts, and everything amazed us with its quality and taste. Everything is 100% gluten-free in a well-maintained and very beautiful environment. Everything we ate (and drank) was excellent. Risotto with mushrooms, risotto with broccoli and ginger, and one with stracciatella. The little girl had fried gnocchi and we also tried the arancini, which were great! Warm focaccia and excellent desserts. Everything gluten-free and the staff was kind and patient.

I was there last week. Let's make one thing clear: if you don't like rice, don't go there because the menu is entirely rice-based, making it great for celiacs as well. That said, the food is excellent, the wines too, and the waitress Marciana is of exquisite kindness and competence. The menu consists of appetizers, risottos, and desserts. The rice dishes are better than the other: I tasted 4 and I couldn't tell you which is the best: all are delicious. The hazelnut and rice flour dessert is a delight. The environment is small, suitable for 1 or 2 couples; only one table seats six. In return, there is no loud chatter of noisy children, which is the omnipresent soundtrack in every place that also serves pizza (there's no pizza here). It's truly pleasant. Don't forget to enjoy a good glass of Recioto at the end of the meal. The price is medium-low (about 30 euros per person). Just right, because the menu, while presenting quality dishes, does not offer alternatives to rice, and the variety of offerings should also be considered in the price. The rice is produced in the family business and, if desired, can be purchased, along with its derivatives (such as rice flour). It is a place I will often return to, at least until I have tasted all their dishes.

Great experience: the venue is part of an international chain but inside it feels like home, the decor is rustic and pleasant; exquisite dishes: everything is gluten-free except for one beer, and there are rice-based appetizers and numerous risottos to choose from. The desserts are also remarkable. Price is high but commensurate with the quality.

We had dinner for the first time last night. The place is a stone's throw from the Duomo, not very big but very welcoming. They make everything based on rice (perfect for gluten-free folks too!) from bread to desserts to beers. We ate very well, from the appetizer to the coffee, and found an excellent quality/price ratio considering the location. Portions are generous, so after an appetizer each and a first course, we were both (unfortunately, as I would have liked to have space for dessert) extremely full. A special mention also goes to the staff, well-prepared and very courteous. We will definitely return!
