Everything based on rice, therefore naturally gluten-free. Obviously, risottos are their specialty, but the appetizers and desserts are also amazing. Honest prices even on New Year's Eve.

Spectacle! Cozy, well-kept, intimate location that tells a story. Staff well-prepared on allergies and intolerances. Top quality products. We ate fried gnocchi, a risotto with wild boar ragù, and one with roasted eggplant cream and smoked buffalo ricotta. An explosion of flavors. Everything was truly excellent. I didn't know this risotto place, but I will also try it in Rome. Well done.

Everything we ate (and drank) was excellent. Risotto with mushrooms, risotto with broccoli and ginger, and one with stracciatella. The little girl had fried gnocchi and we also tried the arancini, which were great! Warm focaccia and excellent desserts. Everything gluten-free and the staff was kind and patient.

What a pleasant discovery! Friendly and welcoming staff, a lovely location, and a great story behind their risottos. Since everything is rice and rice flour-based, even those with celiac disease can be at ease (and I am super sensitive to contamination).
