Gluten-free all flavors, including those with possible cookies, all cones and wafers. Only the brioche contains gluten, but they fill them separately.

In all sales points, the cones are all gluten-free and the ice cream is out of this world.. the only downside is that they still don't offer home delivery. It would be very useful since it's the only completely gluten-free ice cream parlour in Florence and of excellent quality. They wouldn't even have competition..

The best in Florence! I'm not celiac, but I love their gluten-free cones more than the regular ones!! The best flavor for me is: Tar! A dark chocolate that's out of this world!
