We had dinner on Friday, June 6th, one of the best pizzas in recent years. Excellent quality of ingredients. Being intolerant, I asked for gorgonzola instead of fior di latte mozzarella, and they did it without asking for anything extra as if it were an addition, unfortunately like some restaurants/pizzerias do. The tasting of various oils with the pizza crust was excellent, truly wonderful, you can tell the owner is passionate. Both the owner and the staff were very friendly. The prices were good too; two well-stuffed pizzas, two small bottled beers, a great evening for 30 euros.
