Finally a real gluten-free "schiacciatona"!! Here you can both eat and buy delicious gluten-free schiacciate with fillings of all kinds (vegetarian and non-vegetarian). It's part of the AIC circuit, so contamination is excluded! Highly recommended!

The best sandwich shop ever!! Their entire menu can be made gluten free with the best gluten free bread ever!! The manager is also gluten free and was incredibly nice and understanding. This will become a regular spot for me and I can’t wait to come back!!!
