Finally, a good gluten-free bread!!! The bakery produces both savory (bread, pizza, focaccia, savory pies..) and sweet (cream puffs, rice puddings, cakes..) that are delicious! Here, there is ONLY gluten-free food, so contamination is impossible!

One of the best gluten free places I've ever been to! Everything is fresh, super tasty and made with great care, staff is friendly and welcoming. Coffee is also one of the best I've had in Florence so far 11/10, really worth the trip from the city center

Oasis of goodness 100% gluten-free The first impression is already a gift for the eyes: a great variety of sweets (from dry cookies to fresh pastries) and savory items, including bread. The taste leaves you speechless! The staff is friendly and helpful. It is also possible to buy flours and packaged products. It deserves more than just a taste, even for those who don't have specific dietary needs. Many sincere compliments!

Great assortment of both fresh and packaged products, well done!!

Truly a must visit for any celiac in Florence. I’m also vegan so there weren’t a ton of baked goods I could have, but it’s very possible there were more options earlier in the day (I didn’t make it until evening), and I did snag some focaccia which I can’t wait to try. And besides that, it is a fully grocery store of gluten free products! I grabbed some pasta and cookies to take back with me :) such an amazing little gem and well worth the bus ride from the center

I am truly satisfied with my experience at this place! The variety of gluten-free products available for purchase with vouchers is impressive, and many of these products are not easily found in supermarkets. It is clear that the establishment is committed to offering a wide range of options for those with specific dietary needs. The "bar" part of the place is equally impressive, with a variety of sweet and savory items. The food is really very good, even though prices are a bit high. However, I can say it is absolutely worth it, considering the quality and variety of the products. The staff at the place were super friendly, smiling, and courteous, which made my experience even more pleasant. They were very helpful and answered my questions competently and professionally. But the real strong point of the establishment is the gluten-free bread they produce, which is simply exceptional! It is clear that the place is committed to producing high-quality products, and the gluten-free bread is a true gem. In summary, I can recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality gluten-free products and a pleasant shopping and dining experience.

100% senza glutine bakery/ market about an hour walk from the city center and absolutely worth it. The pastries were the best of my trip- light, flaky, and sweet. We got three pastries: chocolate filling, cream filling, and a chocolate/ almond filling (favorite). This was a wonderful place to sit down and relax in a more quiet neighborhood. I wish I had a bakery like this at home!

So glad I visited this bakery on my trip to Florence! In an area that felt more local than touristy. A ‘must do’ for any coeliac. One of the best totally gluten free bakeries I’ve been too. They are rare. This feels so safe and the choice!!!!! Incredible. Would recommend the donuts and the chocolate flakey pastries. Great selection in the shop too of lots of gf produce. The staff were also friendly and spoke English.
5
Wonderful experience. It is one of the first times I have found a shop that can make so many apparently simple gluten-free foods, which for a celiac is rare to find. As you can see in the photo, the things I liked the most were this delicious pizza with sausage and this fantastic chocolate bombolone with powdered sugar. I fell in love with the latter, especially because I had never eaten it in my life. Few words and only compliments, well done!!!❤️
5
Wide selection of sweet and savory items, some even lactose-free, really very good. I've never had such good gluten-free bread.
5
A variety of products and top quality! Everything is delicious, from sweet to savory. Really well stocked for both baked goods and packaged products. I definitely recommend it.
5
vast selection and excellent quality; high prices but excellent products
5
A beautiful discovery! Everything is delicious. I hope they open another one in the Florence North area too!
5
good quality food. excellent choice of both sweet and savory dishes. prices are not cheap

Welcoming location and very kind staff. I went there to try pizza and schiacciata for my son who is celiac. While I was there, I had breakfast with a chocolate croissant and juice :) I must say everything was excellent!

A unique place in Florence. It is not easy or taken for granted to find a combination of a bakery and a pastry shop that is exclusively gluten-free at such a high level, capable of competing with the best ordinary pastry shops in Florence (non-gluten free). An additional value is the large supermarket of gluten-free products that can be deducted, including a variety of "sugar-free" products, meaning those with a low glycemic index, for those with high blood sugar issues or diabetes. Great attention to the customer from the owner and employees who stand out for their friendliness, kindness, and professionalism.

Really everything is delicious. The zuccotto alla fiorentina is excellent. Unfortunately, the prices are high.

Celiacs rejoice - and head over to the only 100% gluten free bakery in Florence. A quick trip from the center by bus and you will be rewarded with the most amazing gluten free breads, pizzas and pastries. We focused on the croissants, donuts and cream filled pastries - which were undoubtedly some of the best we have sampled anywhere in the world - heaven. Hoping to return to try some of their other brunch/lunch offerings - like pizza, panini and the gorgeous looking breads. There are a few tables inside so you can eat in and they also have a good selection of fresh pasta and other gluten free items for sale. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.

In the city for a few days, I was directed to the Bottega by an acquaintance. The triumph of sweet and savory gluten-free options almost moved me!!! Tasty cereal bread and focaccia that miraculously remains soft even the next day: TOP! It's a pity to live 400 Km away...
5
Fantastic! Finally a place where we celiacs can enjoy sweet and savory treats in perfect peace without the fear of contamination. Packaged and fresh products, excellent pastries, great savory snacks, bread, and cracker-like snacks! Trained, kind, and super nice staff.
5
Excellent baked goods such as bread, pizza, and focaccia. The pastry products are also very good, especially the breakfast pastries which have a great dough. Wide selection of fresh products.
5
bread, pizza, and delicious baked goods
5
Bread, pizza, sweets... everything is good and super safe because they sell and produce only gluten-free. For fresh products, I recommend ordering what you are interested in to ensure you don't make a wasted trip.
5
A real gluten-free grocery store! Fresh and packaged products, they also accept vouchers! Don't miss the schiacciate... so delicious!
5
Bar, Pastry Shop, Bakery, Market all rigorously and magnificently gluten-free!!! Schiacciata, bread, sweets, cream puffs, pizza, beers, stuffed focaccia, schiacciata alla Fiorentina!!! The 'market' section offers products that you cannot find everywhere, niche snacks and treats! Go and enjoy it all! We can only hope to find many more places like BAG! Moreover, a very nice and convenient location with some tables inside and an outdoor area for breakfasts, lunches, or snacks in total relaxation!
5
Great, very good products, excellent place to find everything. From breakfast to bread, pasta, highly recommended for those with gluten intolerance. The best in Florence.
4
Very well stocked, good food, and friendly staff... close to home, I will come back often since I had this surprise of celiac disease!! Well done!!
5
The place is very well stocked with gluten-free foods from all brands; they have an excellent selection of very good fresh and dry pasta, all produced by them. We had a great gluten-free breakfast, we will definitely come back.

All the bread, focaccia, and products made by them are GLUTEN-FREE. And despite this, they are really good. It feels almost like eating normal focaccia. Additionally, they can fill them with various cold cuts. You can also get a drink, a dessert, and even coffee. The place is nice and very welcoming. The staff is friendly. However, the prices are a bit high: 3 pieces of focaccia, 1 coke, 1 piece of Napoli pizza = €19
5
Gluten-free fresco bread with various doughs, it's delicious, I recommend it.
5
A gluten-free locale with a wide selection of both fresh and packaged food of excellent quality.
5
the best in Florence
5
Great sweet and savory gluten-free pastry shop! Good selection of packaged products and the option to have breakfast on the outdoor terrace. I tried a rice puff, an apple and cream one, and a chocolate one.. very good!
5
The best pastry shop in Florence! The fact that EVERYTHING is gluten-free is just a side note... pizzas, bread, pastries, fresh pasta, desserts, and a mini market. They take orders.
5
This store is fantastic; all products are gluten-free and some are also vegan. The fresh section is truly exceptional—fresh bread and schiacciata every day in various types, not to mention the desserts and cookies—a paradise for those with celiac disease. The staff is very kind. RECOMMENDED.
5
Very beautiful place. Super kind staff. Impeccable food... For someone with celiac disease, the doors are open... Everything is gluten-free... The desserts are delicious, especially the chocolate bomboloni. For a quick lunch or a proper aperitif, choose this place. They also sell products for celiacs. Everything is very good. I compliment the staff. The owner is very nice.
4
Very good baked goods, artisanal. Wide selection of sweets (brioches, puff pastries, various small cakes) and savory items (bread, schiacciata, pizza...) that can also be ordered. If you're gluten-free in Florence, this is the best place to have breakfast; the cappuccino is also good, and you can sit at tables inside or outside. They also have a decent range of available products, definitely selected based on quality, but I think a bit pricey.
5
This restaurant is really worth it for both the pleasant and welcoming atmosphere and the high-quality dishes. But above all, it is an excellent venue entirely dedicated to celiacs! The bread, focaccia, pizza, cookies, and desserts are all made in their kitchen, with rice, corn, buckwheat, and quinoa flours... nothing comes from external companies or artisans. The dishes are very well-prepared, both seafood and meat, with some vegetarian options as well. I often go for lunch or dinner, both for the excellent food and because the owners and the staff in the dining room are very nice. Highly recommended!
5
Everything was delicious, I had lunch with a gluten-free friend and I understand why it is her favorite restaurant. Refined and welcoming atmosphere, excellent dishes, and friendly service. We had a great time and I will definitely recommend it.
5
Very welcoming atmosphere and refined decor. Friendly and smiling service. Excellent cuisine. I had chestnut tagliatelle with gorgonzola and radicchio that were really good. Everything GLUTEN-FREE and DOESN'T REALLY SEEM SO. Congratulations!
5
WONDERFUL! A really nice place with friendly and kind staff. Orders are taken the old-fashioned way: pen and paper! This way, it’s possible to ask for customizations to the dishes without issues of electronic terminals that don’t allow variations. The artichoke, cod, and pecorino risotto is exceptional! The sliced steak with the sauce (which we asked to be served separately) was perfect! Platters of cold cuts and very tasty crostini, and the 'coccoli' are absolutely to be tried!! Everything is strictly gluten-free, so I, being celiac, was able to taste and let others taste without fear of contamination! I would definitely say.... B.A.G. is a must-try!!!
5
A corner of paradise, a bold kitchen with only gluten-free dishes. A very high attention to the quality of raw materials and a welcoming staff that makes you feel at home. Truly unique quality/price ratio. I will definitely return. Congratulations to everyone from someone who works in your same field and knows how to recognize the passion for this work.
5
The paradise for celiacs. High-quality foods. Refined, light, and tasty dishes. The bread is the best I've ever had. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!
5
Delicious dishes, excellent bakery. The bread lasts for many days. Absolutely worth trying. Prices are in line with those of restaurants, especially considering everything is gluten-free, it's more than fair. Pizzas are a bit expensive but excellent.

I went for the first time last night to the Bottega Artigiana del gusto. The place is located in an area where parking is not exactly easy. Once I found a spot, however, the evening went smoothly. Welcomed warmly by the owner, we had a mixed platter, grilled pecorino with mushrooms, coccoli, and cappelletti filled with potatoes and bacon, all accompanied by a good red wine. To finish beautifully, we treated ourselves to a nice gianduia crepe for a total of 30 euros per person, which I find more than adequate given the quality of the food and the completely gluten-free kitchen, which those like me who know well, understand has prices above average. Well done, keep it up!

Excellent gluten-free dishes made with top-quality ingredients, making them great even for those without specific dietary needs due to intolerances. From bread to pasta, everything is homemade. The hospitality and service are excellent. The veranda is also beautiful and truly welcoming during the right seasons. They also warmly welcomed my little four-legged friend.
5
The gluten-free temple. I had a mixed Tuscan appetizer and some fried polenta croutons with delicious liver pâté. The meat tagliata was very good with perfect cooking. The gluten-free bread basket was rich in options and included very good warm schiacciata and turmeric bread. They obviously pay the utmost attention to allergies and/or intolerances. WELL DONE

We enjoyed original and skillfully paired dishes. All in a welcoming environment, with an owner who passionately prepares gluten-free bread and desserts. The important thing is that we didn't know it was a restaurant for celiacs and we savored everything without noticing the difference. A must-try!!

A nice restaurant with really kind and friendly staff. We went with friends who are gluten intolerant, but for us, it was the first time, so the waitress told us about their philosophy and the care they take in creating their dishes that are all gluten-free. She talked about the selected flours and let us taste their breads, surprisingly very good! We all ordered different dishes and also the pizza, everything was really good... the pizza was good for being gluten-free, but not quite a real pizza even though the ingredients, like the tomato, were really excellent! Cold cuts and appetizers in general were really delicious! For those who are celiac, it is definitely a must, for others, it’s worth trying! Extremely difficult to find parking.
