I found gluten-free lasagna Bologna-style, really a surprise, and there was also gluten-free beer on the menu. Some dishes were naturally gluten-free, like prosciutto and melon or potato rösti with chicken wings or mushroom risotto, but I don't know about the risk of contamination. They told me they have more gluten-free desserts than savory dishes, so also valid for breakfast. It's a shame that the gluten-free dishes weren't well marked on the menu, apart from the beer, because without verbal explanations I would have never known that the lasagna was gluten-free. Anyway, recommended.

The bar offers packaged snacks, chocolate bars, and gluten-free hot chocolate. They also serve some hot dishes including risotto. However, since it is a frozen product, they cannot guarantee the absence of gluten but can only adhere to the food label (the risotto, for example, may contain traces of gluten, but I had no issues). In any case, the manager is very helpful and explained everything to me very kindly :)

In the shopping street of Arco, I stumbled upon this place that reserved some nice surprises. First of all, it's modern, well-furnished, and has friendly and welcoming staff. Secondly, the counter with clean and modern lines greets you with many delicacies for all tastes, including, believe it or not, options for gluten-intolerant people (both fresh and packaged cakes). Cappuccinos made with super cream, absolutely delicious. There are selections of beers and organic drinks that are not found everywhere, of the highest quality. We didn't try the food offered on the menu because I want to come back to taste something. Comfortable and clean bathroom. Accessibility for differently-abled individuals is OK. Very, very good... at the TOP!
