Very kind staff, excellent food. They offer almost everything gluten-free and are very attentive to contamination. We enjoyed it so much that we ate there twice in two days. I recommend it and we will return.

I ate at the trattoria Appalto several times during my stay in Carpi at the adjacent hotel for work. The owner and the girls were very kind and super helpful. Being celiac, I thought I would find very little to eat, but I had to change my mind. Tagliatelle with porcini, gnocchi with ragù, tortellini with cream... they had practically everything gluten-free, and everything was delicious. They even had packaged bread and various desserts. I will definitely return to eat here on my next trip to Carpi!!
