Restaurant located in the center of Molveno. They have exclusively gluten-free options on their menu, in addition to many dishes from the classic menu that can be prepared gluten-free. For example, for the cured meats platter, gluten-free sliced bread is used instead of the classic one. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. Additionally, once at the table, if requested, they have gluten-free bread (frozen, similar to Schär rolls) which is very good. Honestly, I am very satisfied because the restaurant deserves it. I recommend it to all celiacs.
