We ordered a gluten-free pizza, it seemed to have been cooked in a pan, it was thin, similar to a piadina. The dough was good anyway. The pizzaiolo also offered me if I wanted the grana on the pizza instead of mozzarella because they didn't have lactose-free. A very appreciated and unexpected attention. They also brought a packaged sandwich (Nutrifree) to accompany with oil. I recommend!
