Laboratory that works and produces gluten-free baked products. It does not sell ready-to-use products (cut pizza, focaccia, etc.) but packaged products (directly from the laboratory) that need to be finished baking in the oven. The bases for pizza, pinsa, and "steamed" pizza are excellent. Highly recommended! The laboratory supplies bases to many nearby restaurants/pizzerias, including notable pizzerias like "Santarpia" in Florence.
