AIC. With separated kitchen. They prepare burgers of any kind. A bit expensive but very good and safe! Great food

I think it's the best place in Palermo for a gluten-free burger. The bun is delicious, incredibly tasty. The quality of the meat is excellent, as are the rest of the ingredients. The appetizers are also top-notch. Highly recommended!

Above our wildest expectations! Clean and very nice atmosphere, excellent gluten-free sandwich, delicious fries, and delicious meatballs. But above all, the pleasure of eating with non-celiacs, at the same table, practically the same dishes. Thanks for this opportunity, Ciccio. We wish you all the best for thinking of us too! ❤️

Nice place, we ordered takeout and waited 20 minutes for two potato sandwiches, and that's about it. My biggest disappointment was the food; both the sandwiches and the fries were very salty, and the two sandwiches were so salty that they tasted the same despite being different sandwiches. As for the menu, it would be better to create a menu with fries and a sandwich, even at the same price, rather than not including fries and having a seemingly reasonable price. Those who eat gluten-free know they always pay more, especially due to the use of raw materials. One last thing, since the cheddar and bacon fries are very popular, I'd like to try them gluten-free later. I hope to give them another chance.

Let's start with the praise and say that we can finally rely on a noteworthy gluten-free fast food restaurant. Before writing this review, I tried the sandwiches twice: the first time at home, and the sandwich held up perfectly; the second time there, and I must say that I really felt the difference, but that's inevitable, even with regular ones. The bread itself is good; it's not easy to find suitable bread for a burger, and only we celiacs know how difficult it is. The menu is well-stocked and practically identical to the regular one, which is to be envied and should be taken into consideration by other restaurateurs. I finally tried the gluten-free onion rings! Nowhere else I've been in my now 15 years of celiac disease has they ever made onion rings, and what's more, they were excellent (the batter was well-made). My only criticisms/suggestions are definitely to increase seating as soon as possible, because it gets crowded and people end up eating outside in the cold. We can't help but be completely honest about the price being a bit excessive; for example, yesterday I ordered a sandwich and chips and spent €20 (deliberately without a drink). The price difference compared to the regular one is, in my opinion, excessive. I certainly understand the pursuit of top-quality ingredients, but the needs of all the families who can't afford to eat this meal as often as they'd like should also be met. For years, there's been a lot of speculation targeting celiacs, although I'm sure that's not the case with Ciccio, but these things need to be said and emphasized. Perhaps I'd recommend creating a menu that at least includes more options for the same price as a sandwich and chips. I'm sure improvements will be made over time, but for now, the overall outcome is clearly positive.

A delicious and revolutionary dinner. My boyfriend and I went yesterday and ordered an appetizer, with fries, meatballs, and onion rings (but they mistakenly gave us provolone goat cheese). Everything was delicious and practically the same as a normal appetizer. Then we ordered two burgers, one with pancetta and the other with the talé. They were delicious, and above all, finally a large, non-dry burger, although I would have preferred a slightly sweeter one, more like a regular burger. The pancetta was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had since becoming celiac. The service was very slow and confusing, but that must have been due to the high traffic, especially since it was a Friday. The staff were very kind, but the price was a bit high—€39.90 for everything I ordered—but that's understandable. I'd buy the sandwiches for €2 less, considering they're €5 cheaper than the regular ones, and only the bun is different. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
