A perfect dinner, accommodating our gluten-free friend by making gnocchi for her. Congratulations to the waiter who took the order, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended for those who want to spend a pleasant evening with friends or a nice romantic dinner.

Leave it alone, nonexistent service below any minimum standard. The waiters don’t know what they are serving, they bring the dishes and clear them. For meat, they leave you the appetizer knives. You ask for the wine list (because they don’t bring it of their own initiative) and then they forget to come back and ask which wine you have chosen. We had to order it once the appetizers arrived. The steak was inedible, full of fat and nerves. Only after asking for the bill do they ask if you want desserts or anything else. One last piece of advice: if you are celiac, forget it because the waiter, if you ask which dishes can be made gluten-free, answers "maybe all of them," and obviously, since the waiters are not trained and completely incapable, besides not telling you what they are serving, you also don’t know if the hot appetizers are edible for a celiac. Fortunately, the owner is an AIC (Italian Celiac Association) tutorial. I know other tutorials in Marche and Emilia Romagna, and the training that staff receive in AIC establishments is not what the waiters serving in this place have. I’m sorry you couldn't grasp the observations made to me. You will surely find yourself very well with your working method, and your regular customers will be very happy to favor you. Unfortunately, I confirm what was written above; I confirm that you never came to our table to apologize for anything, perhaps you confuse me with others. As for my "tolerance," I can assure you that it is very high, being a merchant, along with my family for almost 100 years now. I will just say that since the money we gave you was good, one would expect service that is not of Michelin star level but at least basic, which was not the case. I add that among my guests there were people who work in the catering industry and they were equally astonished by the treatment received. I don’t want to make pointless post-facto polemics, but every now and then, a bit of self-criticism for entrepreneurial growth wouldn't hurt; bad days happen to everyone, one just needs to recognize them.
