Excellent cannoli, but be careful if you ask to taste the other sweet dishes at the counter. Not all staff are attentive to touching what is meant for us celiacs with clean hands after serving gluten-containing food.

I'm really sorry to give negative feedback, but we were truly astonished by the service at this establishment. The waiters laugh in your face at anything you say just because they immediately realize that you are not from Palermo but from another city. What makes you laugh about an order where I request a gluten-free cannoli? The order was wrong, and they came arrogantly to accuse us of not having paid for the tea that was mistakenly added. With what you pay, it is also unacceptable that when you sit at the table you are provided with paper cups. The cannoli, all in all, were good. I do not give one star only because they offer the gluten-free cannoli, which is not something you find everywhere.
